Returns policy

Before returning the product will necessarily have to have prior contact with the carpusdiem.gr.

In case of withdrawal

The return should be made within the period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt along with documents, proof of purchase, and packaging that came with the product and are satisfied conditions return (e.x. the product is not opened/used and is in excellent condition) .

In the case of use of the product, or altering their original packaging, it's not acceptable for return.

In the case of withdrawal, the customer shall only be charged for the cost of returning the goods.

The refunds are made within within 15 days from the date of receipt of the products from our company.

In case the refund is not made within the period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt, or not met some of the conditions of return, the carpusdiem.gr has the right not to accept back the products and does not proceed to replace them.

In the event of non-receipt of απεσταλμένης order after the order has been returned to our shop, the customer is obliged to pay the cost of shipping to and from our company. In case the payment order has been made through a bank or credit card then the company will refund to the customer the difference resulting from the total of the order minus the shipping costs for dispatch and return of the order in our store.

In case of a defective product or error sending

We are moving to a replacement or a refund for the value of the product at no charge, in accordance with the following Procedure of Return:

Packing and send the package with the products, after prior telephone contact up to 3 calendar days after the receipt of the products, with the affiliated courier company and fee recipient. Inside the package dispatch, you have placed the proof of purchase.

If return conditions are not met, we proceed in a relevant replacement or credit the corresponding amount to your bank account, or credit if the original payment had been made in this way.

In the event that the package arrives, and it turns out that the return conditions are not met, the product will not be accepted. Will be returned to the customer and the transport costs will weigh the same.
