Our company E. PARASTATIDIS A.E.E. was founded in 1998 with the main object of designing and manufacturing innovative products of saving energy, which has as the main purpose the environmental protection and ecological sustainability.
Since 2005 designs and manufactures High Efficiency Vacuum Solar Collectors. The system was awarded in two European innovation competitions.

In order to allow flexibility to take account of market needs since 2015, we have manufacturing drying ovens for fruits, vegetables aromatic plants which are using the sun as a main source of energy.
Our company E.PARASTATIDIS A.E.E. (CARPUS DIEM) has created its own brand of dried fruits and vegetables chips. The raw materials come from local producers, collected by our specialized staff according to the approved specifications, which dried in our manufacturing ovens. ISO 22000 - HACCP.
